Does my new digital scale come with a warranty?
Yes. Your new digital scale comes with either a 1 or a 5 year warranty (depending upon the scale). Professional scales come with a 1 year warranty and consumer scales come with a 5 year warranty. Please see our Guarantee page and the individual product descriptions for more information.
How will my new scale be shipped?
We ship via USPS and UPS from our manufacturing warehouse in Minnesota.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Escali scale, please return it within 7 days of receipt. For information, please contact customer support by visiting the Contact Us page.
You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus shipping. Scale must be returned in original packaging and must show absolutely no signs of use (in resellable condition).

We use state of the art data encryption to ensure that all of your information is secure. We also use 'Google Checkout' which is powered by Google and uses the highest level of internet security. We will not sell, rent, or give out any of your personal or public information.

I can't seem to buy more than 1 item at a time?
Google Checkout uses advanced features in order to process your orders securely. Due to our increased level of security, if you want to make multiple purchases, you need to purchase them separately.
