All orders will be shipped out from our manufacturing warehouse within 1-3 business days of receipt of order

Returns and Warranty

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt if they are in original packaging and show no sign of use. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus shipping. Please contact Customer Support for details.

Each scale comes with either a 5 year or a 1 year warranty. Please see individual product description to determine which warranty is included with your scale. Your warranty will be included with your scale.

Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in most of the product under normal use for the period of the warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, without charge for labor and parts, any defective product or component. Please contact us via our online warranty form.
